Kelly K's Pressure Washing
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and booking of exterior cleaning, roof cleaning, and paver sealing services ("Services"). By booking a service or placing an order through our store, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Kelly K's Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including but not limited to house washing, roof cleaning, driveway and paver cleaning, and paver sealing, in the Sarasota, FL market and surrounding areas.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates based on the information and property size you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site assessment if actual conditions (size, surface type, staining, accessibility) differ from what was described. We'll always confirm final pricing with you before work begins.
3. Scheduling & Property Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If we're unable to access the work area, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Before your appointment, please:
- Remove or secure items you don't want exposed to water or cleaning solution (furniture, decor, vehicles, electronics)
- Close windows and doors
- Secure pets away from the work area
- Note any landscaping or fragile features near the work area in advance
We take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area that were not disclosed or secured beforehand.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements (e.g., a deposit) were made in advance. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or invoicing through Jobber. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Weather
Cancellation terms, deposit handling, and weather-related rescheduling are covered in our [Refund & Cancellation Policy]. Florida weather can change quickly — we'll communicate promptly if a job needs to be rescheduled for safety or quality reasons.
7. Pre-Existing Conditions & Surface Disclaimer
Many exterior surfaces (older concrete, weathered pavers, prior sealant or paint, roofing materials) carry pre-existing wear, staining, or damage that cleaning or sealing can reveal but did not cause. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing cracks, etching, discoloration, or surface failure
- Failure of old or improperly applied prior sealants/coatings
- Loose mortar, grout, or paver sand disturbed during cleaning of already-deteriorated surfaces
We'll flag visible concerns before starting work where possible.
8. Paver Sealing Terms
Paver sealing outcomes depend on substrate condition, prior treatments, and weather during the cure window. See our Refund Policy for cure-time and variation specifics. By approving a sealing job, you acknowledge these natural variables are outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelly K's Pressure Washing's liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Insurance & Damage Claims
We carry liability insurance. If you believe our work caused property damage, report it within 48 hours per our Refund & Cancellation Policy so we can investigate and respond appropriately.
11. Photo & Video Release
We may photograph or record before/after results of completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes (website, social media, advertising). Images are limited to the property's exterior surfaces and do not include identifying personal information unless you separately consent. Let us know before your appointment if you'd prefer to opt out.

Any physical products purchased through our online store are subject to the order details shown at checkout and our Refund Policy. We make reasonable efforts to keep product listings and pricing accurate but are not liable for typographical errors.
