Refund & Satisfaction Policy
Kelly K’s Pressure Washing
We stand behind our work. This policy covers our exterior cleaning, roof cleaning, and paver sealing services, as well as any physical products purchased through our store.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours of job completion. We’ll return to re-clean or correct the area at no additional charge. Refunds are not issued for completed work that meets our service standards — our priority is making it right, not just returning money.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Customer cancellations: Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
• Late cancellations / no-shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or no-shows, may forfeit any deposit paid.
• Weather: Florida weather happens. If conditions aren’t safe or suitable for cleaning or sealing (rain, high winds, etc.), we’ll reschedule at no penalty and no charge to you.
Deposits
Deposits secure your appointment date and are applied to the final invoice. Deposits are refundable if Kelly K’s cancels or cannot perform the service. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations as outlined above.
Paver Sealing — Specific Terms
Paver sealing involves natural variables (existing paver condition, prior sealants, weather during cure time) that can affect final appearance. Because of this:
• We provide a written assessment before sealing if existing conditions may affect results (old sealant, heavy staining, efflorescence, etc.).
• Minor color or sheen variation is normal and not grounds for a refund.
• Sealant needs 24–48 hours of cure time, weather dependent. Damage caused by foot/vehicle traffic, rain, or sprinklers during this window is not covered.
• If sealing fails to cure or bond properly due to application error on our part, we will correct it at no charge.
Damage Claims
If you believe a service caused damage to your property, contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description. We carry insurance and will investigate promptly. Claims reported after this window may be harder for us to verify and resolve.
Product Purchases
For any physical products purchased through our online store (sealants, accessories, etc.):
• Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
