These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of kellykspressurewashing.com, operated by Kelly K's Pressure Washing ("Kelly K's," "we," "us"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Services & Estimates

Content on this website is provided for general information. Estimates are free, and final pricing is confirmed after we assess your property — from your address and photos, or an on-site walkthrough for larger work. The written quote or work order you approve, not this website, defines the scope, pricing, and terms of any services we perform. These Terms do not limit any rights you have under a signed service agreement or under applicable law.

Promotions

Our 25% off first service offer is available to new customers in our service area, is limited to one per household or property, and must be mentioned when booking. Promotional offers have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be modified or discontinued at any time (which will not affect jobs already booked under an offer).

Guarantees

Our 90-Day Clean-Back Guarantee (soft washing) and 1-Year Sealed-Right Warranty (Ure-Seal paver sealing) are described on Our Guarantee page and recorded on your work order. The written guarantee terms on your work order control.

Reviews & Results

Customer reviews and testimonials reflect the real experiences of individual customers. Results vary depending on surface type, condition, age, and environment, and past results do not guarantee identical outcomes on every property.

These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by Kelly K’s Pressure Washing.

By requesting a quote or scheduling services, you agree to the following:

1. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on visible conditions at time of inspection.

Final pricing may change if:

  • Additional contamination is discovered
  • Surface damage exists
  • Square footage differs from initial representation

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods as discussed prior to service.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Surface Conditions & Liability

While we use professional surface-safe cleaning methods, the Company is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Oxidation exposure
  • Loose paint, mortar, or deteriorated surfaces
  • Improper prior sealing applications
  • Structural issues unrelated to cleaning

Sealing longevity varies depending on traffic, maintenance, and environmental exposure.

4. Access to Property

The customer agrees to provide:

  • Access to water supply (if required)
  • Clear access to service areas
  • Removal of personal property from work zones

The Company is not responsible for damage to items left in active work areas.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.

Weather delays may require rescheduling.

6. Satisfaction

If concerns arise, customer must notify Company within 48 hours of service completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelly K’s Pressure Washing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services performed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
