A green pool deck isn't just ugly — it's the most common slip in a Florida backyard. Patios and lanais collect the same algae, plus grill grease, planter rings and leaf tannin. Kelly K's cleans concrete, pavers and stone decks with the pressure each surface can take, kills the algae at the root so it isn't back in a month, and treats stains instead of pushing them around.

Our Process
How We Clean a Patio or Pool Deck
1
Surface Match
Concrete, Kool Deck, pavers, travertine or stone — each gets a different pressure ceiling and cleaner. We check before we spray.
2
Root-Kill & Stain Treatment
Algae dies at the root; grease, tannin and rust get targeted pre-treatment so they lift instead of smear.
3
Even Surface Clean
Surface-cleaner equipment for streak-free flatwork, pool water and plantings protected, walkthrough with the owner before you're invoiced.
✅ 90-Day Clean-Back Guarantee
If algae visibly returns within 90 days, we re-treat that area free. In writing, on every work order.
FAQ
Will my pool deck be slippery afterward?
Less slippery — the slick part is the algae film, and we kill it rather than smear it. Sealing with a slip-resistant additive is available if you want lasting grip.
Do you clean pavers and travertine too?
Yes, at surface-safe pressure. If you want them sealed afterward, see our paver cleaning & sealing.
Is this allowed during the water restrictions?
We work within the rules in effect and confirm what applies to your property at the quote — including the once-per-year allowance and prep-for-sealing exemption.
